All Souls Day: Dia de los Muertos

So etwa hundert Jahre, nachdem ein skrupelloser Großgrundbesitzer fürs angeblich ewige Leben seine komplette mexikanische Dorfgemeinde opferte, und etwa fünfzig Jahre, nachdem eine durchreisende US-Familie im selben Dorf den brutalen Tod fand, verfahren sich zwei befreundete amerikanische Pärchen auf dem Weg zur Ranch der Eltern und landen im besagten Örtchen, ohne freilich zu ahnen, welch dunkle Geschichte sich damit verbindet. Wieder mal steht Allerseelen vor der Tür, und der Tag der Toten wurde in Mexiko immer schon gebührend gefeiert.
