In einem medizinischen Experiment gelingt eine sensationelle Transplantation: Crushank bekommt den Arm eines Verstorbenen. Körperlich ist er wieder völlig gesund – bis der fremde Arm plötzlich ein gefährliches Eigenleben entwickelt. Crushank schlägt sein Kind, würgt seine Frau und ist seinem Arm willenlos ausgeliefert.
