Hidden Agenda

Jason Price (Dolph Lundgren) war Special Protection Agent beim FBI. Nun arbeitet er im Personenschutzprogramm "Daedalus". Während mehrere Zeugen gegen die "Ikarus"-Gruppe im Gericht aussagen wollen, werden mehrere von ihnen von dem Profikiller "Cleaner" getötet. Nur Paul Elkert (Serge Houde) kann fliehen und bittet Jason um Hilfe. Nach dem Paul erfolgreich untergetaucht ist, erscheint bei Paul sein bester Freund Sonny Matthis (Ted Whittall). Auch dieser bittet ihm um Hilfe, da der "Cleaner" auch ihn töten will. Doch der wohldurchdachte Plan von Price schlägt fehl und Sonny stirbt. Nun macht Price sich mit seinem Team auf die Suche nach der wahren Identität des Killers und wer den Plan verraten hat. Dabei gerät Price mehrere male in Lebensgefahr...
