Im Jahr 2038 sind alle Rohstoffvorkommen der Erde erschöpft, die Menschheit hat daher damit begonnen, in den Tiefen des Alls nach Rohstoffen zu suchen. Fündig wurde man auf Monden von Planeten außerhalb des Sonnensystems, welche größtenteils unbewohnbar sind und das Erz daher von automatischen Förderrobotern abgebaut wird, welche auch als Personentransporter dienen. Der Abbau und Abtransport - sobald die Speicher voll sind, startet der Förderroboter seinen Rückflug zur Erde - erfolgt ebenfalls automatisch. Allen voran betreibt die Galactic Mining Corporation den Abbau der Rohstoffmonde; deren größter Konkurrent - Pyrite - schreckt aber nicht davor zurück, mit Gewalt an Rohstoffe bzw. Förderanlagen zu kommen...

Year 2038: The mineral resources of the earth are drained, in space there are fights for the last deposits on other planets and satellites. This is the situation when one of the bigger mining corporations has lost all but one mineral moons and many of their fully automatic mining robots are disappearing on their flight home. Since nobody else wants the job, they send prisoners to defend the mining station. Among them undercover agent Stone, who shall clear the whereabouts of the expensive robots. In an atmosphere of corruption, fear and hatred he gets between the fronts of rivaling groups.
