Alles, was Alina will, ist einfach nur Ruhe! Doch diese ist ihr nicht vergönnt. Da gibt es ihre Nachbarn, die lautstark Sex haben, den Einbrecher, den sie auf frischer Tat ertappt und schließlich bricht auch noch eine Zombie-Apokalypse direkt vor ihrem Haus aus. Von nun an ziehen durch Radioaktivität verseuchte Untote durch die Stadt. Selbst ihre beste Freundin ist nun ein infizierter Zombie. Alinas einzige Hoffnung ist ihr Bruder, ein Mönch, der sich trotz Blutdurst und Hunger auf menschliches Gehirn auf die Suche nach seiner Schwester macht.
