Sienna (Lauren LaVera) und ihr Bruder Jonathan (Elliott Fullam) ringen verzweifelt darum, endlich wieder ein normales Leben führen zu können, nachdem sie das letzte Halloween-Massaker von Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) überlebt haben. Da scheint die herannahende Weihnachtszeit ganz recht zu kommen. Die beiden entschließen sich dazu, dem Geist der Weihnacht komplett das Ruder zu überlassen. Das Plan scheint erstmal aufzugehen, die beiden können entspannen, haben eine gute Zeit – bis der Albtraum wieder zurück in ihr Leben kehrt und aus dem besinnlichen Fest ein grauenhaftes Spektakel des Terrors werden lässt.
